30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Bundle discount items are eligible for return under the same 30-day policy.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at recovmaxxing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order.
